Shooting Outside, Traveling Extensively? Meet the Philip Bloom Pocket Dolly
You could certainly build your own crane for cheaper, and then we could call it real DIY. But if you’re shooting on a regular basis and are traveling extensively -as many of us often do now, this feels like the right investment to ensure quick set-ups and fluid and controlled movements that would add tremendous value on a shoot, gorilla-style included.
On a last note, I don’t possess the PB Dolly Pocket yet, and when I will, I’ll have to buy it, like a lot of us poor anonymous lads. I wouldn’t mind being able to call myself a friend of Bloom and Kessler, but I’m not, so this article is only a candid share, for your consideration/notification.
